Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please double-check your order details (size, colour, design, shipping address, etc.) before completing your purchase.


Damaged in Shipping

If your decal arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement item.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged decal

    • The packaging it arrived in

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement decal will be sent at no additional cost.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.


Manufacturing Faults

All decals are extensively inspected and quality-checked before shipment. However, in the rare event that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos clearly showing the defect.

If approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.


Non-Eligible Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect application or installation

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Improper surface preparation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after application

  • Incorrect order by the customer

Please ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared before application.
