International shipping

"Please note that all international orders, including shipments to the U.S are final. Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing."


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for Australian orders


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–8 business days (depending on location)

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post

  • Peak periods

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect address details

If your parcel is delayed, please use your tracking number to check the latest updates via Australia Post.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with Australia Post.

We will assist where possible; however, once an item has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our direct control.


Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If approved, we will send a replacement item.
